Looking for Sr. Executive or Asst. Manager with 4 to 6 years of dairy/FMCG industry in Quality Assurance, Production, Food safety
audits, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) & GHP (Good hygienic Practice) in factory.​

Work:
Absolute adherence to Quality Manual. Quality accuracy with respect to incoming, in process and finished products
Ensure to conduct periodic internal / external audits
Ensure online hygiene inspection & plant hygiene / legal system monitoring as per SOP
Regulatory updated, compliance and Renewal of FSSAI license, Conduct FSSAI schedule 4 audits,
Trainings to be conducted for Food safety, General awareness, SOP etc
Reduction in number of complaints as compared to previous quarter.
Ensure group requirements to be followed 100 % in Quality Assurance.
Ensure timely analysis carried out for every product
Ensure group reports to be provided at prescribed timeline.
Ensure timely analysis of RM & PM.
Suggestion for innovations to be provided – one for every quarter.
Food safety culture to be develop & implement throughout factory.
Ensure Pest control activity implemented properly
Ensure calibration of instruments as per the frequency
Sensory to be conducted on daily basis before dispatch of product.
Verification of documents, CCP, OPRP
Conduct FSSC 22000 audits at its frequency
Well versed with implementation & documentation requirements for FSSAI, FSSC.

Qualification:
B.Tech/M.Tech in DT/Dairy science/food processing/microbiology
